Molasses is the residual liquid food obtained in the manufacturing of raw sugar. This by-product of sugar is mostly sold to distilleries that that manufacture ethanol or is exported to buyers internationally. Our molasses has a BRIX of 88 degrees and Total Sugar of 48%.
